Fans of K-Paul’s Louisiana Kitchen Restaurant are just wild about this Chef Paul Prudhomme original! Our Sweet Potato Pecan Pies are made in K-Paul’s own bakery using our luscious, local sweet potatoes and freshly shelled, native pecans. Each is crafted into an impressive 2″ deep, double-decker 10″ pie that’s as beautiful to look at as it is to eat. Makes 12-16 generous, or up to 50 small servings.

Each pie order includes a recipe for Chef Paul’s famous Chantilly Cream which you can make yourself and dollop on each piece before serving. This is a dessert experience you will not forget! Bon Appetit!

NOTE: Because our Sweet Potato Pecan Pies are made to order, we require  three days preparation time before we can ship. As a perishable item, all pies are shipped FEDEX Standard Overnight and cannot be shipped over the weekend.     Best DESSERT i\\’ve ever had. It does not loose any quality by shipping but you MUST make the cream for the complete experience!!! If I didn\\’t love my family, I would lock myself in a room with a gallon of milk in an ice bucket and eat the whole thing……and not feel a bit of guilt!

    This is an awesome desert. First tried at K-paul’s in 1983, and got to go into the kitchen and chat with Chef Paul. I bought his book “Louisiana Kitchen”, which has the pie recipe. make it all the time and everyone loves it. Have ALL of Chef Paul’s cook books. BUY the book!!!
