BEST RIBS EVER using this seasoning! Better than any restaurant ribs I’ve ever tasted. I have the Barbecue Magic 5.5-oz. size right now, but I’m buying the 24-oz. canister ASAP! Thank you, Chef Paul!

The best! I was staying in a house on an island called Roatan and I found this seasoning in the pantry. I bought some when I got back to TX and I use it on everything! Try seasoning your french fries with it.

This is really good stuff. I picked some up the other day at Food Lion for hamburgers this BBQ season. The stuff is awesome. I was just on the website looking to see all the other seasonings available.

This truly is BBQ magic! It works on practically anything! Eggs over easy (on toast with butter)(try cooking it the eggs in duck fat), pasta (with garlic and olive oil, parsley and parmesean; add or hold the cream, add or hold the onions, and/or bell peppers and/or grated sweet potato), pork chops, steak, fried chicken, roasted chicken, egg salad (especially good), smoked salmon bits (cheap!), tuna fish sandwiches (try treating the little tins of salmon as tuna, chop up some seeded tomatoes and add BBQ Magic and mayo. Speaking of which), jazz up some mayo with BBQ Magic plus a couple tablespoons of raw onion and garlic and/or bell peppers, truly extraordinary on burgers. I really could go on but don’t want to say any more than my piece. What have you tried it on??? I sent some to my brother and he used it up in two weeks, he put it on everything. Use it to add a hint of smoke to everything you cook, like pasta sauce with a tin of canned clams. Ok, I’ll stop now!! This is one of Chef Paul’s finest products, and one of the best tastes you’ll find anywhere.
