Makes about 2 cups
Ingredients
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons cream cheese
1 cup freshly grated extra sharp cheddar cheese
½ cup freshly grated smoked mozzarella
2 tablespoons chopped pimentos
2 tablespoons mild pepperoncini rings
2 tablespoons pickled jalapeno rings
½ cup diced Chef Paul Prudhomme’s Tasso
3 tablespoons cream cheese
1 cup freshly grated extra sharp cheddar cheese
½ cup freshly grated smoked mozzarella
2 tablespoons chopped pimentos
2 tablespoons mild pepperoncini rings
2 tablespoons pickled jalapeno rings
½ cup diced Chef Paul Prudhomme’s Tasso
How To Prepare
Add the cream cheese and mayonnaise to a food processor and pulse until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients, except the Tasso, and pulse until well mixed but small pieces of cheese are still visible. Add the diced Tasso and pulse 3 more times to combine. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
