Ingredients
1 pound medium-large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons Magic Salt Free Seasoning®
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon freshly grated lemon zest
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons thinly sliced or torn basil leaves

How To Prepare
In a large mixing bowl add the shrimp, olive oil, Magic Salt Free Seasoning®, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and basil. Mix until thoroughly combined. Cover, refrigerate and let marinate for at least 1 hour or up to 3 hours.
Preheat grill to 400°F. Thread shrimp onto skewers, being sure to keep shrimp close together. Once grill is hot, place skewers on the grill and cook on each side 2 to 3 minutes.
Remove from the grill and enjoy with your favorite side dish or salad, or with a side of Creamy Feta Dressing for dipping.
