Ingredients
3 tablespoons olive oil, in all
2 tablespoons Magic Chipotle Seasoning™, divided
2 sweet potatoes, cleaned and quartered into wedges.
1 (12 oz) bag green beans, trimmed
1 pound skin-on salmon fillet
1 tablespoon Barbecue Magic®

How To Prepare
Preheat oven to 425°. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, add 1 tablespoon olive oil, ¾ tablespoon Magic Chipotle Seasoning™, and green beans. Toss to evenly coat, then place on lined baking sheet.
In the same bowl, add 1 tablespoon olive oil, the remaining Magic Chipotle Seasoning™, and sweet potatoes. Toss to evenly coat, then add to baking sheet.
Place whole salmon fillet, skin side down, on same baking sheet. Season well with Barbecue Magic® and drizzle remaining oil over the top.
Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 375°F, and bake for another 10 to 12 minutes, or until sweet potatoes are fork tender.
Remove pan from the oven and serve immediately.
