Makes 6 cups
Ingredients
1½ cups pecan halves
1½ cups cashews
2 teaspoons coconut oil, in all
3 tablespoons Magic Salt-Free Sugar-Free Six Spice
1 cup roasted peanuts
1 cup Corn Chex™ cereal
¾ cup dried strawberries, halved
¾ cup dried cranberries

How To Prepare
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Toss the pecans and cashews with 1 teaspoon of the coconut oil. Place on sheet pan and bake for 8 minutes, stirring after 4 minutes.
Remove from oven and immediately place in a large mixing bowl with the remaining coconut oil, Six Spice seasoning, and the rest of the ingredients. Toss until everything is well coated.
Let cool to room temperature before serving. Store in an air-tight container.
