Sweetie Berries
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup blackberries or blueberries
2 tablespoons Sweetie Magic®
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Whipped Cream
1 cup whipping cream
2 tablespoons Sweetie Magic®
½ teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Prepare
Make Southern Biscuit Muffins ahead and let cool completely.
Sweetie Berries
Mix berries, Sweetie Magic® and lemon juice together in a bowl. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
Whipped Cream
Add cream, vanilla and Sweetie Magic® to a chilled mixing bowl. Using a wire whisk, whip together until stiff peaks are formed. Serve immediately.
To serve, slice the muffins in half to separate the tops. Place the bottoms of the muffins on plates, top with whipped cream, berries and muffin top. Serve immediately.

Mix berries, Sweetie Magic® and lemon juice together in a bowl. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
