Makes 2 Servings
Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 5 ounces each), cut into strips about ¼ x 2 inches
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons Chef Paul Prudhomme's Magic Seasoning Blends Toasted Onion & Garlic®
1 cup broccoli florets
½ cup fat-free cream cheese, cut into cubes
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
½ cup milk
2 cups cooked fettuccine, or your favorite pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons Chef Paul Prudhomme's Magic Seasoning Blends Toasted Onion & Garlic®
1 cup broccoli florets
½ cup fat-free cream cheese, cut into cubes
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
½ cup milk
2 cups cooked fettuccine, or your favorite pasta
How To Prepare
Place chicken in a bowl and toss with olive oil. Add the Toasted Onion & Garlic seasoning and mix well, until all pieces are coated. Preheat a 10- or 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and broccoli to the pan and cook, turning as needed until chicken is browned on all sides. Reduce heat to medium low. Add cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and milk, stirring until all cheese is melted and incorporated into the sauce.
Simmer for about 30 seconds, or until sauce thickens. Serve immediately over pasta.
NOTE: Any of the savory Salt-Free Sugar-Free Seasoning Blends™ will work well in this dish and each will produce a unique and vibrant flavor. Be sure to put a bottle on the table for use as a shake-on seasoning. Apply generously for extra flavor.
