2 teaspoons Salt-Free Sugar-Free Lemon & Cracked Pepper
1 tablespoon + 1½ teaspoons grated parmesan cheese
24 wing sections
2 tablespoons canola oil
2 tablespoons melted butter

How To Prepare
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a small bowl, mix the Lemon & Cracked Pepper with parmesan and set aside. Add wings and oil to a large mixing bowl and toss to coat. Place wings on a baking sheet with a rack. Cook in oven for 25 minutes, then raise heat to 400° and cook for another 25 minutes. Remove from oven and place wings in a clean bowl. Toss with melted butter, then sprinkle with reserved seasoning mix and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
