oil for frying
1 pint shucked oysters
1 egg
¼ cup milk
2 cups Breading Magic®
Cilantro Lime Tartar Sauce, for serving

How To Prepare
Add oil to a deep frying pan or fryer. Heat to 350°F.
Drain oysters well, discarding the liquid.
Beat the egg and milk together in a bowl until frothy. Add oysters and stir well to fully coat the oysters.
Remove from the egg wash and add to a large bowl. Toss with Breading Magic until fully coated.
Shake off excess breading and carefully add to the hot oil. Fry for 2 minutes, then remove and drain on a paper towel lined plate or pan.
Serve hot with Cilantro Lime Tartar Sauce.
