2 cups chopped onion
10 cloves garlic, smashed
7 cups cauliflower florets
4 tablespoons canola oil
¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
¼ cup mayonnaise
2½ teaspoons Magic Salt-Free Sugar-Free Lemon and Cracked Pepper
2 tablespoons tahini

How To Prepare
In a large bowl, mix the onion, garlic, and cauliflower. Add oil and toss until well coated. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add the vegetables. Cook until vegetables are cooked though and browned. Remove from heat, add vegetables to a clean bowl and refrigerate until completely cooled.
Remove from refrigerator and add to food processor. Pulse until well chopped. Add the yogurt, mayonnaise, Lemon & Cracked Pepper and tahini. Puree until smooth. Serve with pita bread, chips, or crudité.
