This simple smothered corn recipe can be adapted to what you have on hand – fresh, frozen or canned veggies. Vegetable stock or chicken stock. White sugar or brown. Serve it as a side dish or add some protein for a main course! (We suggest sautéing in our Andouille Smoked Sausage, diced chicken or shrimp)

Macedonian Baked Beans

This traditional Macedonian white bean casserole, traditionally known as tavče gravče, is prepared with our smoked andouille sausage and Anaheim peppers for a smoky, mild heat. You can also leave out the andouille and use vegetable broth or water in place of the chicken stock for a vegetarian option.
