COLESLAW
⅓ cup mayonnaise
½ tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Magic French Fry Seasoning®
½ bag shredded coleslaw mix (cabbage and carrots)
¼ cup sliced green onion
CREAMY CHIPOTLE LIME SAUCE
⅓ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon Magic Chipotle Seasoning®

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Magic French Fry Seasoning®

⅓ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon Magic Chipotle Seasoning®
How To Prepare
Season the shrimp with Blackened Redfish Magic® and refrigerate while preparing slaw and crema.
HONEY DIJON SLAW: In a medium size bowl, add the mayonnaise, honey, mustard, red wine vinegar, and Magic French Fry Seasoning® and whisk until well combined. Add in the coleslaw mix and green onion, toss until slaw is coated. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
CHIPOTLE LIME CREMA: In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, lime juice, and Magic Chipotle Seasoning together. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
TACOS: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add butter. When melted, add reserved seasoned shrimp and sauté for 3 about minutes per side, or until cooked through. Remove skillet from heat.
Warm tortillas according to package instructions, then fill with shrimp and top with coleslaw, chipotle lime sauce and green onions.
