Louisiana Barbecue Sauce (recipe follows)
2 cups water (or as needed)
How To Prepare
Cut the ribs into 2 pieces, or as many pieces as necessary to fit comfortably into your pressure cooker. Season the ribs evenly on both sides with the Magic Seasoning Blend® of your choice.
Place a rack in the pressure cooker. Add the seasoned ribs and water to the cooker, making sure that the ribs do not sit in the water. Close the cover securely. Place the pressure regulator on vent pipe. Place the cooker over high heat and bring the cooker up to 15 pounds pressure. Lower the heat and cook 20 minutes at 15 pounds pressure with pressure regulator rocking gently. Remove from heat. Let pressure drop of its own accord. As soon as the pressure has dropped completely, remove the ribs from the cooker. Serve immediately, accompanied by Louisiana Barbecue Sauce.
