Ingredients
2 tablespoons Magic Pepper Sauce®
1 cup chopped rotisserie chicken
2 tablespoons cream cheese, room temperature
1 teaspoon Fajita Magic®
½ cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
8 (5-inch) corn tortillas
½ cup canola oil

How To Prepare
Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
In a medium size mixing bowl, add Magic Pepper Sauce®, chicken, cream cheese and Fajita Magic®. Mix with a spatula until fully combined. Add the shredded cheese and mix well.
Wrap tortillas in dampened paper towels and microwave for about 30 seconds. Carefully unwrap and transfer the tortillas to a cutting board or other clean surface. Add 1 heaping tablespoon of the chicken mixture to each tortilla, then carefully roll. Lightly brush with canola oil and place into air fryer basket or rack (work in batches, if necessary, to be sure they don’t touch).
Bake for 10 minutes, then flip and bake for another 6 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve hot with your favorite salsa, crema, or guacamole.
