¾ cup canola oil
2 peeled, smashed garlic cloves
2 egg yolks
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon cane vinegar
2 teaspoons Magic French Fry Seasoning®

How To Prepare
Add the garlic, yolks, mustard, zest, vinegar, and seasoning to a food processor or blender and puree until smooth and pale yellow in color. With food processor or blender running, slowly add the oil until a smooth emulsion has formed. Remove to a bowl or container and place in the fridge to chill before serving.
