Ingredients
2 quarts unsalted or low-sodium chicken stock
¾ cup Gravy and Gumbo Magic®
1 cup diced onion
½ cup diced green bell pepper
½ cup diced celery
1 lb sliced Andouille Smoked Sausage (Hot or Regular)
1 rotisserie chicken, skin and bones discarded, and meat roughly chopped (about 3-4 cups)
¼ cup thinly sliced green onion (optional)
¾ cup Gravy and Gumbo Magic®
1 cup diced onion
½ cup diced green bell pepper
½ cup diced celery
1 lb sliced Andouille Smoked Sausage (Hot or Regular)
1 rotisserie chicken, skin and bones discarded, and meat roughly chopped (about 3-4 cups)
¼ cup thinly sliced green onion (optional)
How To Prepare
Add all ingredients except for green onion to a large pot over high heat and stir well, until Gravy and Gumbo Magic® is fully dissolved and incorporated. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer, and cook for one hour. Remove from heat, stir in green onions, and serve hot over rice.
