Makes 3 cups
Ingredients
1 cup grilled zucchini, finely chopped
¾ cup grilled eggplant, finely chopped
½ cup grilled red bell pepper, finely chopped
½ cup grilled yellow bell pepper, finely chopped
4 teaspoons grilled garlic, finely chopped
½ cup grilled onions, finely chopped
1½ tablespoons Chef Paul Prudhomme's Vegetable Magic®
1 tablespoon Chef Paul Prudhomme's Meat Magic®
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
5 tablespoons cane syrup
¾ cup grilled eggplant, finely chopped
½ cup grilled red bell pepper, finely chopped
½ cup grilled yellow bell pepper, finely chopped
4 teaspoons grilled garlic, finely chopped
½ cup grilled onions, finely chopped
1½ tablespoons Chef Paul Prudhomme's Vegetable Magic®
1 tablespoon Chef Paul Prudhomme's Meat Magic®
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
5 tablespoons cane syrup
How To Prepare
Combine all ingredients and stir gently to combine. Use immediately, or refrigerate until ready to use.
Note: Make sure all vegetables are fully roasted to give a rich, smoky taste.
