2 English cucumbers, thinly sliced
½ cup finely sliced red onions
2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar

How To Prepare
Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir well, making sure cucumbers and onions are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
