1 (15.5-ounce) can chickpeas
½ cup canola oil
2¼ teaspoons Chef Paul Prudhomme’s Fajita Magic®

How To Prepare
Drain, rinse, and dry the chickpeas really well. Heat the oil in a skillet to 375°. Add chickpeas to the hot oil and fry for 4-5 minutes, or until crispy. Using a slotted spoon, remove the chickpeas and add to a mixing bowl. Sprinkle with Fajita Magic® and toss to coat. Enjoy while hot.
