I use it with all fish/seafood and vegetables. I was excited to find no salt/sugar as I can\’t use either. Most other lemon pepper has too much salt and sugar.

It’s hart to find good low sodium seasoning with great flavor but thus one does the trick. I have to restrict my sodium but don’t like bland food so seasoning like this helps a lot and good for those in the family without salt restriction too.

With all the health issues I have at least I know spices in food make it a bit more tolerable. Cutting back on salt is a big issue for me, as well as sugar due to diabetes! I love this Chef Pauls NO salt NO Sugar Lemon Pepper. Usually when you see Lemon Pepper in the store it has too much salt. By the time I have it tasting enough of Lemon Pepper it is too salty. This one does the trick.Would recommend it to anyone.

Used tonight on potatoes fried in olive oil. This lemon pepper gave just a hint of lemon with the pepper. SOOOOO goood!
