Makes absolutely the best meatloaf I have ever tasted in my life. I have also used Chef Paul’s blackened steak and redfish seasonings and they make the best blackened steak and blackened Salmon I have ever tasted. I use so much of the blackened steak spice that I purchase it in the large commercial container size. Chef Paul’s spices are the best on the market. I highly recommend them to all my friends.

I can’t find the meat magic anymore at the D and W fresh market in Grand Rapids. That where I used to find it. Now they only have blackened steak magic instead. I am glad I can buy some on here, since I can no longer get it. Its amazing!

I can’t find Chef Paul’s Meat Magic anywhere up north, so I have to stock up when I’m down South. It’s the ONLY spice mixture I use to make my blackened chicken pasta & blackened chicken sandwiches. It’s such a perfect blend of spices with that slightly cajun kick. Gotta have my meat magic! Sadly, I ran out, and now I am having to order it online.

I absolutly LOVE this stuff!!! It is my favorite seasoning. It is the only thing I will use on salmon and it is great on shrimp with a little olive oil and white wine and garlic.
